fit-up Theatr. slang.|ˈfɪtʌp|
[f. verbal phr. to fit up (see fit v.1 11 d).]
A stage or other theatrical accessory that can be fitted up for the occasion. Hence (in full fit-up company), a travelling theatrical company which carries makeshift scenery and properties that can be fitted up for the occasion.
