A. adj.
a. Of, pertaining to, or designating a class of inscriptions in northern and central Arabia dating from the 5th to the 1st centuries b.c., or the ancient Semitic language of which they are the only evidence.
b. Of or pertaining to the Thamūd, a tribe that lived in northern Arabia between the 4th century b.c. and the 7th century a.d.
