The names of O. H. Krag (1837–1912) and E. Jørgensen, Norwegian firearm designers, used to designate a type of rifle (and carbine) introduced in Denmark and Norway in the late nineteenth century and adopted in U.S.A. Abbrev. (colloq.) Krag.
