Of, pertaining to, or having the characteristics of, a member of the Spencer-Churchill family, esp. Lord Randolph (Henry Spencer) Churchill (1849–95) or Sir Winston (Leonard Spencer) Churchill (1874–1965). Hence as n., an associate or adherent of one of the Churchills.
